Adare Manor gets green light for 10 lodges ahead of 2027 Ryder Cup

The company that runs Adare Manor has been granted permission to build 10 lodges ahead of the Ryder Cup in 2027. Tizzard Holdings Unlimited, the operators of the luxury resort, have received permission to build 10 lodges on the grounds of the resort. The application relates to a development at Graigue, Rathkeale Road, Adare, within the lands of the hotel and golf resort owned by JP McManus. The lodges will link to the Adare Manor wastewater treatment plant network, with access provided through an existing gateway into the resort. The minister said Ireland currently attracts almost 250,000 golf tourists each year — a figure expected to increase with the Ryder Cup.
