We are glad to learn that drive-ins are being considered and sessions are being organised for people with disability. This clearly implies that the elderly folks who are patiently looking forward to their appointments are in fact inadvertently being sidelined. Every day and several times a day, I stare disappointingly and angrily at my MySejahtera registration page, which shows absolutely no progress at all. All they need to do to explain their predicament is to show the registration and status page on their MySejahtera app. I reckon this would be the fastest and most equitable way to clear the congestion if there is any.
