A 10-year-old boy was killed and a man was injured in a shooting on Saturday evening at a house in Queens, the New York Police Department said. The shooting was reported after 9:30 p.m. at a house on Beach 45th Street in the Edgemere neighborhood of the Rockaways, a police spokesman said. The boy was taken to St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, where he was pronounced dead from a gunshot to the stomach. The man, 29, was shot in the shoulder. The police said another child, a 12-year-old girl, and a man were shot earlier Saturday in an unrelated incident in the Bronx.
