Several Kiwi brides-to-be have been left in limbo after Auckland bridal boutique Primrose and Finch shut up shop without so much as a word to its clients. The business owner, who did not want to be named, had heard the owners were "back in the UK". One customer had come to the bridal shop trying to find out what was going on, the business owner said. Another neighbouring business owner wouldn't comment, but indicated they were not surprised at the liquidation. Auckland woman Rachael Harper, 32, was crossing her fingers her dress designer would still be able to help her out.
