Ontario Provincial Police are searching for a federal inmate wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for a breach of parole. The man is currently serving a sentence of two years and five months for arson disregarding human life, assault, and intimidation of a judicial participant, police say. Investigators say that he is known to frequent the GTA. Willie Ishulutak, 36, is described as an aboriginal male, five-foot-four, with tribal tattoos on both forearms, and the word “Inuksta” tattooed on his back.
