Medical Officer of Health Dr. Eileen de Villa and City Manager Chris Murray are scheduled to speak at 5 p.m. at city hall. The rush comes as health officials reported 19 new cases of COVID-19 in the province on Friday, bringing the provincial total to 79. Universities, colleges move onlineA number of post-secondary institutions throughout the GTA have chosen to move classes online. Those classes will be moved online beginning March 23.: On-campus classes suspended as of March 16.
