A man in his 70s has died in his home in Invercargill in what is believed to be a coronavirus-related death. Emergency services were called to a house in the suburb of Kingswell, in Invercargill, last night. Two ambulances, several police cars and at least one fire truck were seen at the property around 8.30pm, neighbours say. The man said he could not get to sleep after seeing what was happening and stayed awake into the early hours. The neighbour who spoke to the Herald said he had last seen the man either on Friday or Saturday outside their home.
