Auctioneer James Colbert says the late 1990s-built house is well presented and provides slightly over 900sq ft of living space. At ground level, the house has a kitchen with modern white units and a timber-floored bedroom. The first floor also has a bathroom and a bedroom while the third bedroom is on the top floor. The property has a low-maintenance gravel garden with raised beds at the rear and the complex has communal parking at the front. Mr Colbert says the property has previously been rented and because of its location would also suit an investor.
