JOHOR BARU: Dewan Rakyat Deputy Speaker Datuk Mohd Rashid Hasnon has admitted to eating durians as shown in a video which went viral on social media. I’m sorry: Mohd Rashid said he will cooperate with the police over the matter. Mohd Rashid said that since last year and until recently, he had been receiving complaints from farmers as well as vegetable and fruit growers who had difficulty selling their crops following declining sales. Mohd Rashid said when he arrived at the orchard, the farmer served the king of fruit to them where he had a taste of the durian before discussing aid measures. Meanwhile, Johor Baru MP Akmal Nasir lodged a report against Mohd Rashid at the Johor Baru South police district headquarters here yesterday.
