Peng was required to undergo an investigation due to personal matters and the Public Security Bureau adopted restrictive measures on him, said the mainland developer. Peng could not be contacted normally and was temporarily unable to perform his duties, it said. The company confirmed that it has not received any notice or legal documents from the Public Security Bureau or any other regulatory, governmental or judicial authority.
