THE 1st International Youth Conference (IYC) 2021 that will take place virtually via Zoom on Nov 13 has issued a call for papers from youths aged 15 to 35 worldwide. Accepted ones will be published in an e-book by event organiser Penang Youth Development Corporation (PYDC), complete with ISBN number.
