That the current grocery price inflation has multiple causes, even if price gouging is not its primary cause, means that price gouging legislation remains a useful safeguard.

Opinion: This wretched campaign is over. Thank goodness. Now what?
That said, I love election day. I love election day too. But, like many, I don’t see this presidential election as about Democrat or Republican. There are fundamental values on the line, even beyond democracy — women’s rights, civil rights, the safety of immigrants. But I will venture this: Nobody knows what’s going to happen on this election day or who’s going to win.

The CCDH found Musk’s political posts have garnered more than 17.1 billion views since the billionaire executive formally endorsed Trump in July. The analysis comes from publicly available data from X about Musk’s posts and political campaign spending to promote ads on the platform. The research found that Musk’s claims that Democrats support “importing voters” were viewed nearly 1.3 billion times.
