Libya paid its overdue feesIt should be noted here that Libya’s membership in the Airports Council International was suspended for several years due to non-payment of obligations owed by the Libyan state. Membership was renewed this year after the Libyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through the Libyan Embassy in Canada, paid the value of Libya’s membership fees in the Council. This allowed representatives of the Airports Authority to participate in these events.
