The man has since closed the business, the Just Cat Cafe, and agreed to go through legal procedures, according to district officials who inspected the premises on Monday. Netizens who said they had been to the Just Cat Cafe attested that many cats there suffered from a skin fungus, ringworm, which is encouraged by poor hygiene. The Watchdog Thailand Foundation said on Facebook on Monday that it had filed a complaint with Bang Khen police against the business.
