Bangladesh Under-19s registered a convincing seven-wicket victory against the United States Under-19s in their Group B encounter at the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup 2026 on Friday. Chasing a target of 200, Bangladesh reached 201/3 in 41.3 overs, earning their first victory of the tournament. Sent in to bat after losing the toss, USA U19 produced a competitive total of 199 all out in their allotted 50 overs. Iqbal Hossain Emon picked up three wickets for 41 while Al Fahad, Shahriar Ahmed and Rizan Hossan took two wickets each. This win boosts Bangladesh’s hopes of progressing from Group B as they look toward the Super Six stage of the tournament.
