Body camera footage edited and released by the Ohio State Highway Patrol appears to show the moment a police dog mauled a 23-year-old Black truck driver as he was surrendering to police. Jadarrius Rose was treated at the scene and taken into custody for failing to stop for a vehicle inspection.July 23, 2023
