The meeting discussed and coordinated efforts to control and follow up the performance of clinics, medical centers, and private hospitals. Forming joint committees to ensure the extent of the private health sector’s commitment to applying the health standards and requirements approved by the Ministry of Health, were also discussed. The meeting also addressed the deficiencies in services provided by the private health sector. He said the committee will inspect and organize the work of private clinics, hospitals and centres. The committee was also formed in order to implement the decision of the Ministry of Economy and Trade related to controlling prices in clinics.
