Defense Secretary General (Retd.) In a statement, the Defense Secretary said that the public should not worry about security. The statement added that the Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces and other law enforcement agencies have established national security. He said it was normal for the United States to mention terrorist threats in Level 4 travel restrictions issued on Sri Lanka. Therefore, the Secretary of Defense informed all Sri Lankans that it is not appropriate to create unnecessary fears about national security.
