CAIRO - 5 September 2020: Egypt received a second batch of the COVID-19 Johnson & Johnson vaccine (525,600 doses) on Saturday evening, announced Health Minister Hala Zayed in a statement on Sunday. He added the new shipment of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be distributed to the centers that vaccinate citizens who seek travel out of the country. On August 9, 2021, Egypt received the first patch of Johnson & Johnson Vaccine against coronavirus. The Ministry of Health also announced that five different vaccines are now available in nearly 539 vaccine centers across the country against coronavirus. The vaccines are: Sputnik V, Sinopharm, AstraZeneca, Johnson& Johnson and Sinovac.
