Mrs. Ratsiborinskaya Elena, wife of the Russian Ambassador to Cameroon, handed a bouquet of flowers to Mrs Chantal BIYA. National dignitories composed of 26 other delegations, made up of the wives of the national constituted bodies, and special guests later presented their best wishes and took photographs with the First Lady. First Lady Chantal Biya also received best wishes from wives of the members of the ruling CPDM, members of CERAC and representatives of some NGOs. The innovation in this year\'s event is the presence of representatives of the indigenes of the Baka and Bororo communities.
