Sections of Sukhumvit Road, Suksawat Road and Rama II Road may also face short‑term flooding during peak tide hours. The agency added that saltwater intrusion may affect tapwater production and water quality for both household use and farming. Authorities in all seven provinces have been urged to maintain close monitoring and prepare mitigation measures throughout the high‑tide period.
