At present, 10 completed energy projects with a combined capacity of 224 MW are generating an annual income of Rs13 billion. Looking ahead, the completion of seven ongoing energy projects over the next five years is expected to raise the province’s electricity generation capacity to 1,000 MW, which will provide cheap electricity and generate an annual income of Rs55 billion.
