The state Libyan Investment and Development Holding Company’s (LIDCO) real estate subsidiary, the Libyan Development and Real Estate Investment Company (LIDRC) announced yesterday that it has completed the sales centre of the Lazurd Residential Complex. LIDRC said that it is ready to receive perspective customers wishing to buy housing units within the Airport Road Tripoli Gate complex. The project was started under QaddafiIt will be recalled that the Lazurd Residential Complex was started before the 2011 February revolution that overthrew the Qaddafi regime. The Lazurd Residential Complex makes up only a small part of the Tripoli Gate project and only a few of its apartment blocks are being completed (and at a very slow pace) by this government.
