Liberia: Justice Ministry and Police in Dispute over Charges in Murder of Cllr. This, is accordingly due to information gathered by FPA, the police have gathered sufficient facts for the prosecution of the former Chief Justice. According to our source, the police investigative team had collected a series of clues from the community and as well, the clinic where the late Charloe Musu was rushed during the early morning hours. The incident took place at the Brewerville home of the former Chief Justice between 9-10 pm last Thursday. Meanwhile, there have been concerns from the public as to why the police is delaying to release it’s charges on the perpetrator of the alleged murder of the late Charloe Musu.
