Liverpool will now be waiting on approval for a massive transfer. The January transfer window is nearly here and Liverpool are at work. They twice broke their transfer record while also spending record amount at both full-back positions. Liverpool, then, thought they were building a competitive squad. That doesn't appear to be the case and if they're to chase any honours this season, they'll need to get to work.
