A major power outage has left millions without electricity across Spain and Portugal, even briefly affecting communities in south-west France. Phones, traffic lights, subway stations and airports all lost power. The Spanish government said it was 'working to determine the origin and impact and is dedicating all resources to resolve it as quickly as possible'
