This collaboration enables SMEs to rent dedicated commercial-grade kitchen space with state-of-the-art facilities at a cost-effective price, they said in a joint statement. This initiative benefits SMEs operating from their homes, but have plansto scale up their businesses and obtain Halal certification. The collaboration is part of the bank’s on-going efforts to tap on the ever-growing Halal market by enhancing the awareness of the Halal industry and increasing the number of new Halal-certified companies.
