Narc Kenya Party leader Martha Karua and Jubilee Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni are set to convene the Limuri III Conference and make a major statement. The Limuru III Conference will bring together professionals and businessmen from Mt Kenya as well as religious organisations to chart the region's path. Organisers say that at least 30 political parties from the Mt Kenya region have so far confirmed their attendance. Karua and Kioni have maintained that the Limuru III Conference will go on as planned. The two, who got the endorsement of the Kikuyu Council of Elders, said the conference would be issue-based and open to all attendees.
