Jarrell Miller finally lived out his Madison Square Garden dream on Saturday night, defeating Kingsley Ibeh via split decision at boxing's most iconic venue. However, the defining moment of the fight came in the second round when Ibeh quite literally punched the wig off Miller's head. The two were locked in a close exchange near the end of the round when Ibeh landed a sharp right hand that dislodged Miller's hairpiece. Nearly six years after missing out on a lucrative showdown with Anthony Joshua at Madison Square Garden due to a failed drugs test, this night carried personal significance. His Madison Square Garden chapter is no longer a missed opportunity.
