Prior to the delivery phase of its New Cairo Compound AZAD this month, real estate developer TAMEER signed cooperation protocols with several renowned community management and security companies as part of their commitment to building safer, happier, and stronger sociable community. This collaboration aims to refine “AZADians” experience at the AZAD compound where TAMEER is cooperating with top maintenance and facility management company LEADS TFM, community experience management company Lyve, and is partnering with Falcon, one of Egypt’s leading one-stop security company to provide the AZADians with the highest security levels. Boasting a prime location, AZAD is situated across from the American University in Cairo and within the center of New Cairo, providing accessibility to major road arteries that lead through Cairo. TAMEER will also launch a special community management application to facilitate the management of the AZAD neighborhood as well as promote a sense of community and socialization between residents. AZAD demonstrates TAMEER’s plans to expedite growth in the upcoming years, with the project set to significantly contribute to the modernization of the company’s investment and operating vision.
