Last Thursday, at the Ras Jedir border crossing between Libya and Tunisia, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport for Ministerial Affairs, Wissam Khalifa Al-Idrisi, held a meeting to follow up on the progress of work at the border crossing. He emphasized the Ministry of Transport of the Abd Alhamid Aldabaiba government’s support for the process of developing the border crossing and equipping it with the latest equipment and advanced technologies. Improve quantity and qualityAl-Hamal highlighted the development of a plan by the Ministry of Transport to increase the capacity of the number of travellers through the crossing. The plan also includes equipping the service facilities surrounding the crossing to contribute to the smooth movement between the two countries of goods and people. The meeting at the border crossing was in the presence of the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transport for Land Transport Affairs, Fadlallah Al-Shalawi, the head of the Centre for Management and Operation of Land Ports, Salah Ali, the Director of the Ras Jedir border crossing, Radhi Masoud Abza, and several directors of the offices of the security services at the border crossing, led by the Customs Authority.
