Medhat Salah, head of the city of Biba, south of Beni Suef Governorate, said that 6 plants are being established to generate electricity from solar energy across the city of Biba, with a total capacity of 75 kilowatts for the 6 stations, and a total cost of one million and 150 thousand pounds. Salah added that the six stations are located in the City Council with a capacity of 25 kilowatts, and 5 other stations in (Baba Island, Sixth of the Princes, Saft Rashin and Qambesh al-Hamra).
