An ILO study revealed that the median monthly wage in Ethiopia stands at 3,000 Ethiopian Birr (approximately $51.96). To improve workers' living standards without significantly undermining businesses' ability to pay, the ILO recommended a gradual implementation of minimum wage laws through proper legislation. The much-hyped Sheger derby clash between St George and Ethiopia Coffee ended in a 1-1 draw Saturday. Both sides went into the break tied at 1-1with the Stadium going loud to the rafters as the St George fans found their voices.
