The BCCI has cleared MS Dhoni of conflict of interest allegations ahead of the 2026 IPL season. The complaint against the Chennai Super Kings legend was reportedly linked to a commercial dispute rather than any violation of BCCI rules. MS Dhoni has been cleared of any wrongdoing by the BCCI’s Ethics Officer, Justice Arun Mishra (retired), regarding a conflict-of-interest complaint. The complaint stemmed from allegations that Dhoni, while playing for Chennai Super Kings, owned and managed M/S Aarka Sports and Management Private Limited. Justice Mishra concluded that the case did not meet the criteria for a conflict of interest.
