The draft text included two polarised options on a climate finance deal, which many rejected as "unacceptable”. The COP29 presidency said it would release the latest proposals by noon local time, but this deadline has passed. It is understood they handed their findings to the COP29 presidency on Thursday night but whether this will inform a new draft is unclear.
