Monrovia – The National Secretariat of the Congress for Democratic Change is preparing to donate 500 bags of rice to several vulnerable communities in Montserrado County. Speaking Tuesday, April 28 in Monrovia, the Secretary of CDC Montserrado County chapter, Sylvester Kannah said the donation will be made to disabled people and orphanages in each of the 17 districts of the county.
