How to use data to get audience attentionIt’s time to start using attention data to better inform advertising campaigns and reduce wasted spend, says Magnetic Data CEO Phil Townend. Townend addressed members of the advertising industry during an event run by the data solutions startup at Te Papa Wellington last week. Townend highlighted the need to use attention data to inform the role of each media channel and build creative content that maximises the limited attention available on different platforms.

Then, when the All Blacks joined them after their time off, it was about getting them to understand the changes. He said by the time they went to Japan for their preseason games, what he wanted was taking shape, and it grew from there. Cotter said Tuipulotu, playing two weeks after he was expected to be out of action with a medial ligament injury, was inspirational. "This is part of the team that's been so pleasing, it's been everybody pitching in, doing what they can to achieve the objective we started with at the beginning of the season. "That's been a good growth for this team; keep things simple, and when things are simple we know what we're doing and can do that to the best of our abilities.

RNZ reported on Friday the number of job applicants per advertisement is almost three times as high as it was in 2019. One applicant, Natalie, said even jobs that were not likely to be "dream" roles for anyone had 150 to 300 applicants each time. "It's troubling to find out that my internal experience has invalidated me from consideration, and I am concerned that the recent redundancies and competitive job market will primarily impact primary carers." The problem is job shedding is occurring at the same time, so the market can't absorb redundant workers.
