A special case are Africans: for them homosexuality is something bad from a cultural point of view, they don’t tolerate it. Last month, a Vatican document called Fiducia Supplicans (Supplicating Trust), which allowed blessings for same-sex couples, sparked widespread debate in the Catholic Church and around the world. Between 2021 and the third quarter of 2023, these states failed to attract any of the $14.85 billion that international investors channelled into Nigeria. Many of the states on the list are among the lowest revenue-earning states in the country. NBS data showed that between 2018 and 2023, FDI into Nigeria had declined consistently. In the first three quarters of 2023, Nigeria only attracted a total FDI of $193.4 million. It is obvious that governors are spending the money their states don’t have, thereby piling debt for future generations.

Three US service members were killed and at least 34 wounded in a drone attack by Iran-backed militants on US troops in northeastern Jordan near the Syrian border, President Joe Biden and US officials said on Sunday. It is the first deadly strike against US forces since the Israel-Hamas war erupted in October and marks a major escalation in tensions that have engulfed the Middle East. “While we are still gathering the facts of this attack, we know it was carried out by radical Iran-backed militant groups operating in Syria and Iraq,” Biden said in a statement. Iran’s mission to the United Nations said in a statement on Monday that Tehran was not involved in the attack. Two US officials said the drone struck near the barracks early in the morning, which could explain the high number of casualties.

Tata Motors has taken a significant stride in the electric vehicle (EV) market with the launch of its latest offering, the Punch EV. However, the question that lingers is whether it stands up to the benchmark set by its predecessor, the Nexon EVAt first glance, the Punch EV adopts a familiar face reminiscent of its older sibling, the Nexon EV. LED Daytime Running Lights (DRLs) with welcome and goodbye sequences, smart charging indicators, and LED projector headlamps with cornering fog lamps contribute to a design that echoes the successful Nexon EV. Tata Motors prioritizes safety with the Punch EV, equipping it with six airbags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC), and ISOFIX child seat mounts as standard.
