THE low pressure area (LPA) last seen over Catanduanes in Bicol Region may remain at the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) in the next three days but has a slim chance of developing into a tropical depression, the state-run weather agency said on Tuesday. The SAR government is expected to make a decision in August on reducing the hotel quarantine for inbound travelers to three or five days from the original one week of isolation, according to sources.
