Ms Hartin was in custody in a holding cell at the San Pedro police station jail which one local described as ‘hell on earth’. He wouldn’t have gone out unless it was for a friend of someone he knew well,’ said Ms Jemmott Tzul. The police commissioner confirmed Ms Hartin had been found with blood on her hands, arms and clothing. ‘He’s a good guy and I know he was friends with several members of the Ashcroft family.
