Police in Thanh Hoa Province, north-central Vietnam have arrested five suspects who stole over 100 dogs in a single month starting early October, an officer said on Wednesday. These dog thieves were identified as Le Van Hop, Nguyen Ba Thanh, Le Van Thanh, Nguyen Ba Luc, and Le Van Khanh, aged between 24 and 50. All of them reside in Hai Hoa Commune, Nghi Son Town.
