The wait is over; T+1 settlement is finally here—in North America, anyway. This three-stringed bass plucked lute, sheathed in camel skin, features a rectangular body hollowed from a single piece of wood. The instrument is renowned for its low harmonic range, often drawing comparisons to the bass guitar in Western musical contexts. Guimbri variations include the awisha, a smaller version of the musical instrument; and the double necked guimbri. The guimbri is used by musicians who play traditional music as well innovative artists who fuse roots music with rock, jazz and other genres.

Junior explorer Rome Resources reports that exploration at its Bisie North tin project in the DRC has identified two significant prospects, Kalayi and Mont Agoma, both of which it intends following up vigorously. Bisie is the world’s highest-grade tin mine with an average grade of 4.5% tin. It is a brand-new discovery which has no artisanal workings on it and is polymetallic in nature with copper (cu), zinc (Zn), silver (Ag) and tin (Sn) mineralisation all being encountered. It is still very early days at Bisie North but our preliminary exploration has returned excellent results. Our team has a fantastic track record in the DRC and we’re hopeful that we can duplicate this success at Bisie North.”
