He was arrested on unrelated charges in 2019, which led to a search warrant that uncovered the insurance fraud, with Antojado being charged in December of that year.

MADRID (Reuters) -A Spanish administrative court has ordered tax authorities to reimburse Colombian singer Shakira, court officials and lawyers said on Monday, while a separate criminal lawsuit she faces over a 14.5 million euros ($16.8 million) tax dispute continues. Shakira’s legal team did not specify how much money she would get back, however, or when the decision was made. Court officials in Barcelona, where Shakira lives and where she faces the criminal tax fraud case, said that the administrative court decision was unrelated to the criminal lawsuit. LONDON (Reuters) – A London police officer based in the Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection Command was charged with rape on Sunday, the Metropolitan Police said in a statement. David Carrick, aged 46, was charged by police in Hertfordshire, where he was off-duty at the time. The Metropolitan Police said it was “sickened, angered and devastated” by Couzens’ crimes, and its Commissioner Cressida Dick apologised to Everard’s family. Speaking about Sunday’s rape charge, Dick said: “I am deeply concerned to hear the news today that an officer from the Met’s Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection Command has been arrested and now charged with this serious offence. KUWAIT (Reuters) – Libya’s foreign minister said on Sunday that some foreign fighters have left the country as the unity government seeks to marshal international help to withdraw the many who remain. Libya’s warring sides, backed by regional powers, remain entrenched with allied foreign mercenaries along front lines in defiance of a ceasefire agreement. The previous government in Tripoli, in the west, which was recognised by the United Nations, was supported by Turkey. The warring sides brought in mercenaries, including via Russia’s Wagner group, from Syria, Sudan and Chad among other countries, the United Nations has said. The ceasefire agreement called for all foreign mercenaries to be withdrawn within three months of its being signed a year ago.
