The statement further stressed that they are anticipating that their letter of request would reach the appropriate authorities so they can be attended to.

According to the Volta Regional commander of the GIS, Deputy Commissioner of Immigration Peter Nantuo, some foreigners have been living in the country without permit and had been engaging in illegal online trading activities. He adds that the GIS will not let the country down by allowing such activities hence the strict warning against illegal entry. Philip Ametepe said he was on his way to search for his stepmother’s phone case which he misplaced when some men attacked him. According to Philip, he remembered he had a blade in his pocket when he regained consciousness, andit was it that he freed himself. “…my stepmother sent me to buy a blade and I had kept that in my pocket so I used it to cut open the sack and run away,” the boy narrated.
