विज्ञापनविज्ञापनपुलिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार 11 मार्च 2026 को ग्राम पंचायत भवन बलबहरा में मोबिलाइजर सुनैना कुशवाहा (30) पत्नी सुरेन्द्र कुशवाहा निवासी बलबहरा ने पंखे से फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या कर ली थी। घटना की सूचना मिलने के बाद पुलिस ने मर्ग कायम कर जांच शुरू की। पुलिस ने घटनास्थल का निरीक्षण किया, शव पंचनामा तैयार कर पोस्टमार्टम कराया और परिजनों व अन्य साक्षियों के बयान दर्ज किए।जांच के दौरान यह तथ्य सामने आया कि गांव का ही निवासी मुरारीलाल सोनी उर्फ मुरारी (33) पिता अशोक कुमार सोनी बीते 7-8 महीनों से महिला को लगातार परेशान कर रहा था। आरोपी महिला को अपने साथ रखने की बात कहकर बदनाम करता था और अक्सर गाली-गलौज भी करता था। इतना ही नहीं, वह फोन के माध्यम से भी महिला को मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित करता था।लगातार हो रही इस प्रताड़ना से महिला काफी मानसिक तनाव में थी। पुलिस के अनुसार इसी प्रताड़ना से तंग आकर महिला ने 11 मार्च को ग्राम पंचायत भवन बलबहरा में पंखे से फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या कर ली।मामले की विवेचना के बाद पुलिस ने आरोपी मुरारीलाल सोनी के खिलाफ आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने का मामला दर्ज किया और उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया। फिलहाल पुलिस आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई कर रही है।वही सुनैना के पति ने पुलिस पर लापरवाही का आरोप लगाया है। उसने कहा कि 2025 में भी आरोपी के विरुद्ध हमने शिकायत दर्ज करवाई थी, कि वह उसकी पत्नी को परेशान करता है। लेकिन पुलिस ने कोई कड़ी कार्रवाई नहीं की जिसकी वजह से आज उसकी पत्नी इस दुनिया में नहीं है।
