Though Trump repeatedly maligned Mamdani as a "communist" as he ran for New York City mayor, the president appeared charmed by him after their one-on-one meeting at the White House in November. As he met with Trump, Mamdani urged Trump to consider releasing her. In a phone call not long after their White House meeting, Trump told the mayor that Aghayeva would be released. Mamdani also gave White House chief of staff Susie Wiles a list of four other students targeted by federal authorities and asked for the administration's help with them. "Mayor Mamdani is absolutely right to call on President Trump to release Leqaa Kordia, the beloved daughter of an American citizen," Hamzah Abushaban, Kordia's cousin, said in a statement.

According to the police, the Youth Congress protesters were wearing T-shirts with the PM’s picture printed on them, which they had concealed under their jackets and sweaters. (Express photo)If men in baniyans were what got our goat, we would have been put out to pasture long ago. If the fact that Youth Congress protesters dared exhibit their singlets at the government’s showpiece AI Impact Summit was the concern, surely we have more things to lose our mind over. Delhi University banned demonstrations on its campus for a month. Our air is toxic, our water comes mixed with faecal matter, and from food to medicines, adulteration can strike anywhere.

The Rouse Avenue Court on Friday pronounced its order on the framing of charges in the Delhi Excise Policy corruption case on February 27. The court noted that the allegations "failed judicial scrutiny" and found "no criminal intent" on the part of Manish Sisodia. In her Oscar-nominated period film Hamnet, Chloe Zhao travels four centuries in the past to recount how the sorrow of child loss was the inspiration behind one of literature’s greatest tragedies. Jessi Buckley plays Agnes in Hamnet, a performance that has made her a frontrunner for the Oscars. Mescal avoids turning Shakespeare into a saint or a stereotype. The similarity between the names Hamnet and Hamlet is historically documented, though scholars of English literature debate its significance. Hamnet, which has earned eight Oscar nods — including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actress, Best Adapted Screenplay, Best Casting, Best Costume Design, Best Production Design, Best Original Score — is now playing in Indian theatres.

On fully autonomous weapons“Partially autonomous weapons, like those used today in Ukraine, are vital to the defense of democracy. “But today, frontier AI systems are simply not reliable enough to power fully autonomous weapons. “In addition, without proper oversight, fully autonomous weapons cannot be relied upon to exercise the critical judgment that our highly trained, professional troops exhibit every day. I do not recall ever encountering Mr. Epstein,” Clinton said in an opening statement she shared on social media. “Like every decent person, I have been horrified by what we have learned about their crimes,” Clinton added in her statement. At the conclusion of the deposition, Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., stated that Hillary Clinton had answered every question posed to her. Mr. Chairman, your investigation is supposed to be assessing the federal government's handling of the investigations and prosecutions of Epstein and his crimes. Infuriatingly, the Trump Administration gutted the Trafficking in Persons Office at the State Department, cutting more than 70 percent of the career civil and foreign service experts who worked so hard to prevent trafficking crimes.

TheAndroidFreak said: I am happy that band 1/3/8 spectrum of RCom-Aircel will put into usage, finally. Click to expand...As of now it is only a recommendation from TRAI. Whether DoT asks the telcos to surrender it and whether or not they do or decide to challenge it in court remains to be seen.
