Nagpur News राज्य में गुरुवार को शिवजन्मोत्सव की छुट्टी थी। शुक्रवार को छोड़ दिया जाए तो शनिवार व रविवार को फिर से छुट्टी है। इस कारण कुछ सरकारी विभागों के अधिकतर कर्मचारियों ने शुक्रवार की छुट्टी लेकर लगातार चार दिन की छुट्टी मनाने की योजना बनाई है। सरकारी अस्पतालों में भी यही स्थिति बनी रहेंगी।सभी तरह की आपात सेवाएं रहेगी शुरू : एक सरकारी अस्पताल के कर्मचारी ने बताया कि राज्य सरकार केंद्रित सरकारी अस्पतालों व मेडिकल कॉलेजों में अधिकतर लोग छुट्टी पर हैं। इनमें डॉक्टर्स, नर्सिंग स्टॉफ, पैरामेडिकल स्टॉफ समेत प्रशासकीय कर्मचारियों का समावेश है। 10 से 20 फीसदी तक कर्मचारी कम रहेंगे। हालांकि सरकारी अस्पतालों की चिकित्सा सेवाएं प्रभावित नहीं होंगी। इमरजेंसी, आईसीयू, लेबर रूम, ट्रॉमा, डायलिसिस जैसी आवश्यक सेवाओं में कर्मचारी व डॉक्टर्स उपलब्ध रहेंगे। जहां-जहां कमी होगी, वहां के लिए तत्काल वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था की जाएगी।मरीज होंगे प्रभावित : ओपीडी में सामान्य दिनों में आनेवाले मरीज प्रभावित होंगे। कर्मचारियों की कमी के चलते सीमित होगी। कुछ पूर्व निर्धारित सामान्य सर्जरियां टाली जा सकती है। एक्स-रे, सोनोग्राफी, सीटी-स्कैन, एमआरआई जैसी सेवाएं सीमित स्लॉट में चलेंगी। प्रसूति सेवाएं जारी रहेंगी, परंतु नियमित जांच प्रभावित होने का अनुमान व्यक्त किया गया है। ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों से रेफरल बढ़ने पर शहर के सरकारी अस्पतालों में काम का दबाव और बढ़ सकता है। सभी तरह की इमरजेंसी सेवाएं चालू रहेंगी, लेकिन सामान्य मरीजों को सोमवार तक इंतजार करना पड़ सकता है।
