बंद पड़ी मिल के पहिये घुमाने को भारत सरकार से मिला लाइसेंस, मरम्मत का काम भी पूराकिसानों की पुरानी बकाया राशि चुकाने पर बनी सहमति, 15 हजार परिवारों के चेहरों पर लौटी मुस्कानSitapur : जिले के कमलापुर क्षेत्र के किसानों के लिए आज का दिन किसी उत्सव से कम नहीं है। वर्ष 2009 से खामोश पड़ी शुगर एंड इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड कमलापुर के इंजन एक बार फिर से गन्ने की पेराई के लिए तैयार हैं। लगभग 17 वर्षों के लंबे इंतजार के बाद अब इस मिल में गन्ने की पेराई का काम दोबारा शुरू होने जा रहा है। मेसर्स एन.आर. इंफ्राकॉन प्राइवेट लिमिटेड द्वारा साल 2017 में नीलामी के जरिए खरीदी गई इस मिल को तकनीकी अड़चनों के कारण अब तक नहीं चलाया जा सका था, लेकिन वर्तमान प्रबंधन के भागीरथी प्रयासों और भारत सरकार से लाइसेंस प्राप्त होने के बाद अब इस मिल का पुनर्जन्म होने जा रहा है।प्रबंधन द्वारा मिल की मरम्मत का कार्य पूर्ण कर लिया गया है और पेराई सत्र 2025-26 के लिए ट्रायल रन हेतु गन्ना आवंटित करने का अनुरोध किया गया था। गन्ना आयुक्त उत्तर प्रदेश ने इस अनुरोध को स्वीकार करते हुए ट्रायल के लिए गन्ना आवंटित कर दिया है, जिससे जल्द ही मिल के गेट पर गन्ने से लदी ट्रालियों की कतारें नजर आएंगी। सबसे बड़ी राहत की खबर उन किसानों के लिए है जिनका साल 2006 से 2009 के बीच का भुगतान बकाया था। मिल प्रबंधन ने पुराने अवशेष गन्ना मूल्य और विकास अंशदान के भुगतान के लिए लिखित सहमति दे दी है, जिसके लिए जिलाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में एक विशेष कमेटी का गठन कर अभिलेखों की जांच के बाद भुगतान की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी।कमलापुर चीनी मिल के दोबारा शुरू होने से क्षेत्र की अर्थव्यवस्था को जबरदस्त पंख मिलने वाले हैं। अनुमान है कि इस मिल के संचालन से लगभग 500 लोगों को प्रत्यक्ष और 1500 से 2000 लोगों को अप्रत्यक्ष रोजगार मिलेगा। साथ ही, मिल से जुड़े करीब 15,000 गन्ना किसान सीधे तौर पर लाभान्वित होंगे। उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के प्रयासों और बकाया भुगतान पर बनी सहमति के बाद पूरे इलाके के किसानों में खुशी की लहर दौड़ गई है। गन्ना विकास विभाग ने स्पष्ट किया है कि वह किसानों के हितों की रक्षा के लिए सदैव तत्पर है और यह कदम उसी दिशा में एक मील का पत्थर साबित होगा।
