संभल। उत्तर प्रदेश के जनपद संभल में सरकारी जमीन पर अवैध कब्जे का एक बड़ा मामला सामने आया है। स्थानीय तहसीलदार काेर्ट ने जिले के पंवासा ब्लॉक के सैफ खां सराय गांव में सरकारी जमीन पर बन शाही मस्जिद, मकान और दरगाह काे अवैध बताते हुए हटाने का आदेश दिया है। इसके साथ ही काेर्ट ने शाही जामा मस्जिद के शाही इमाम आफताब हुसैन और उनके भाई मेहताब हुसैन पर सात कराेड़ रुपये का जुर्माना भी लगाया है।पंवासा ब्लॉक के सैफ खां सराय गांव में गाटा संख्या 452 की 0.1340 हेक्टेयर (करीब दो बीघा) ग्राम समाज की भूमि पर अवैध रूप से मकान, मस्जिद और दरगाह बनाने का आरोप है। इस जमीन का अनुमानित मूल्य लगभग 6 करोड़ 94 लाख 19 हजार रुपए बताया गया है। साेमवार काे संभल के तहसीलदार कोर्ट ने इस भूमि को सरकारी घोषित करते हुए अवैध कब्जा कर बनाए गए मकान, मस्जिद और दरगाह हटाने का आदेश जारी किया है। वहीं कोर्ट ने शाही इमाम पर 7 करोड़ का जुर्माना भी लगाया है। मामला पंवासा ब्लॉक के सैफ खां सराय गांव का है।इस मामले में क्षेत्रीय लेखपाल राहुल धारीवाल ने 24 जून 2025 को अपनी आख्या पेश की थी। जिसके बाद ग्राम सभा बनाम आफताब हुसैन के नाम से केस कर नोटिस जारी किया गया था। नोटिस के बाद शाही इमाम आफताब हुसैन पक्ष इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट पहुंचा था, लेकिन वहां से कोई राहत नहीं मिली। इसके बाद तहसीलदार कोर्ट ने अपील के लिए समय देते हुए आगे की कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। 30 जून को ग्राम समाज की जमीन पर अवैध कब्जे को लेकर कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया गया था। 18 जुलाई को आफताब हुसैन और उनके भाई की ओर से केस खारिज करने की अपील दाखिल की गयी जबकि 7 मार्च 2026 को मामले में अंतिम बहस हुई। प्रतिवादी पक्ष ने दावा किया कि उन्हें 15 जून 1972 को भी बेदखली का नोटिस मिला था। जिसे बाद में प्रशासन ने वापस ले लिया था। उनका कहना है कि वर्तमान रिपोर्ट गलत है और निर्माण करीब 20 साल पुराना है। साथ ही उन्होंने कहा कि यह निर्माण वक्फ संख्या 3037 के अंतर्गत उत्तर प्रदेश सुन्नी सेंट्रल वक्फ बोर्ड में दर्ज है।इस प्रकरण में तहसीलदार धीरेंद्र कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि यह जमीन चकबंदी के दौरान पेड़ लगाने के लिए आरक्षित की गई थी। वर्ष 1972 में इसे ग्राम समाज की जमीन घोषित किया गया था। सरकार के कागज में 1359 फसली वर्ष से यह भूमि कभी भी किसी व्यक्ति के नाम दर्ज नहीं रही। उन्होंने बताया कि करीब छह महीने पहले लेखपाल ने ग्राम सभा की जमीन की रिपोर्ट पेश की गई थी। जिस पर सुनवाई के बाद यह आदेश जारी किया गया है। उन्हाेंने बताया कि आरोपितों पर सर्किल रेट के आधार पर करीब 7 करोड़ रुपये का जुर्माना भी लगाया गया है। यदि शाही इमाम आफताब हुसैन ने स्वयं जमीन खाली नहीं करते हैं तो प्रशासन नियमानुसार कब्जा हटाएगा और जुर्माने की राशि की भी वसूली करेगा।

The Supreme Court on Tuesday directed the Centre to frame a no-fault compensation policy for serious adverse events following Covid-19 vaccination. A bench of Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta said the existing mechanism for monitoring adverse events following immunisation shall continue. ADVERTISEMENT"No separate court-appointed expert body is considered necessary in view of the existing mechanism for scientific assessment of adverse events following immunisation," Justice Nath said while pronouncing the verdict. The bench clarified that its judgement shall not preclude any person from pursuing such other remedies as may be available in law. The plea alleged that both of them suffered from severe adverse effects following immunisation.

भास्कर न्यूज, पिंपरी-चिंचवड़। पिंपरी-चिंचवड़ क्षेत्र में चलती टेम्पो में पति के साथ जा रही एक महिला के गले से सोने का मुलामा चढ़ा मंगलसूत्र छीनकर फरार होने वाले आरोपी को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। यह घटना शनिवार तड़के करीब 2:45 बजे सोमाटणे टोलनाका परिसर में हुई।गिरफ्तार आरोपी का नाम आसिफ सलीम (39) बताया गया है, जो तलेगांव दाभाडे का निवासी है। इस मामले में पीड़ित महिला ने तलेगांव दाभाडे पुलिस थाने में शिकायत दर्ज कराई है।पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार, शिकायतकर्ता महिला अपने पति के साथ टेम्पो से कालेवाड़ी की ओर जा रही थीं। इसी दौरान सोमाटणे टोलनाका क्षेत्र में आरोपी उनके वाहन के पास आया और महिला के गले से लगभग 15 हजार रुपये कीमत का एक ग्राम सोने का मुलामा चढ़ा मंगलसूत्र जबरन छीनकर फरार हो गया।घटना के बाद महिला ने पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई। जांच के दौरान पुलिस ने आरोपी आसिफ सलीम को गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

Nagpur News जिले की सभी एक्सप्लोसिव और केमिकल कंपनियों को 10 दिन में जिलाधीश कार्यालय में अपना-अपना आपदा प्रबंधन प्लान प्रस्तुत करना होग। एक्सप्लोसिव और केमिकल कंपनियों का सेफ्टी के लिहाज़ से इंस्पेक्शन किया जाएगा। जिलाधीश डॉ. विपिन इटनकर ने निर्देश दिया कि डिश, पेसाे, पुलिस और राजस्व विभाग मिलकर अगले एक महीने में एक्सप्लोसिव कंपनियों का इंस्पेक्शन करके डिज़ास्टर मैनेजमेंट और सेफ्टी के लिहाज़ से ज़रूरी उपाय किए जाएं।प्रबंधन उपायों की समीक्षा : याद रहे जिले की एसबीएल एनर्जी लिमिटेड कंपनी में हुए धमाके में अब तक 22 लोगों की मौत हुई है। अभी भी कई श्रमिक जिंदगी आैर मौत से लड़ रहे है। जिलाधीश ने सभी एक्स्प्लोसिव कंपनियों को 10 दिन में डिज़ास्टर मैनेजमेंट और सेफ्टी से संबंधित प्रेजेंटेशन देने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कंपनियों को उन्नत व अत्याधुनिक इमरजेंसी प्लान तैयार करने को कहा। उद्योगों में आपदा प्रबंधन उपायों की भी समीक्षा की गई। डा. इटनकर ने निरीक्षण के दौरान कंपनियों में पाई गई कमियों को तुरंत ठीक करने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक में अतिरिक्त जिलाधीश प्रवीण महिरे, निवासी उप जिलाधीश अनूप खांडे, जिला आपदा प्रबंधन अधिकारी अंकुश गावंडे, उप-विभागीय अधिकारी, पेसो, डिश श्रम आयुक्तालय आैर औद्योगिक कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित थे।औद्योगिक सुरक्षा अहम : पेसो व डिश के अधिकारियों ने औद्योगिक सुरक्षा पर एक प्रेजेंटेशन दिया। बैठक में एसओपी, कानूनों में संशोधन, नए नियमों पर चर्चा की गई। जिला पुलिस अधीक्षक हर्ष पोद्दार ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए संवाद किया।नियम में होगा संशोधन : बैठक में इस बात का खुलासा हुआ कि पेसो व डिश के अधिकारी तभी बारुद कंपनी में निरीक्षण के लिए जा सकते हैं, जब उनका रोटेशन के हिसाब से नंबर आता है। कंपनियों की संख्या को देखते हुए एक-एक कंपनी का नंबर आने में 11-12 महीने लग जाते हैं। नियम में संशोधन करके इस अवधि को कम किया जाएगा। सरप्राइज विजट का प्रावधान नहीं है। अब इस दिशा में भी विचार होगा। इंस्पेक्टर राज खत्म करने व उद्योगों को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से यह किया गया था, लेकिन इसके दुष्परिणाम सामने आने से अब रोटेशन की अवधि कम करने पर चर्चा हुई।दो एजेंसी सीसीटीवी पर एकमत नहीं : पेसो व डिश की नियमावली पर नजर डाले तो एक एजेंसी एक्सप्लोसिव कंपनी में सीसीटीवी लगाने की अनुमति देती है, वहीं दूसरी एजेंसी इनकार करती है। सीसीटीवी कैमरों पर उड़नेवाली धूल व गर्मी के कारण इसमें आग लगने या फूटने का डर बताया गया है। अब इसमें भी संशोधन हो सकता है। फायर प्रूफ सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाने पर बैठक में विचार हुआ।प्रशिक्षित श्रमिक ही काम करेगा : बैठक में इस बात पर एकमत हुआ कि प्रशिक्षित श्रमिक ही काम कर सकेगा। जरा सी लापरवाही से होनेवाले बड़े हादसे को रोकने के लिए अब केवल कंपनी में दिए जानेवाले 20-30 दिन के प्रशिक्षण से काम नहीं चलेगा।

The government on Tuesday eased norms for foreign direct investment from all countries, including China, that share land borders with India, sources said. In 2024-25, India's exports to China contracted 14.5 per cent to USD 14.25 billion as against USD 16.66 billion in 2023-24. Imports, however, rose 11.52 per cent in 2024-25 to USD 113.45 billion against USD 101.73 billion in 2023-24. During April-January 2025-26, India's exports to China rose 38.37 per cent to USD 15.88 billion, while imports rose 13.82 per cent to USD 108.18 billion.
