Curington of Cullman was fatally injured when the 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe that he was driving traveled off the roadway, struck several trees, and overturned at about 8:04 p.m.on Monday. “Curington was attempting to elude law enforcement when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed,” O’Neal said. The crash occurred on U.S. 31, near the 292 mile marker, within the city limits of Morris, in Jefferson County.
